SHE/HER | 10 years living with i have personally navigated gallbladder concerns, pcos, hypothyroidism, and familial hypercholesterolemia. while these conditions are now well managed, i understand how overwhelming, frustrating, and isolating it can feel to live with ongoing symptoms and not always have clear answers.
My coaching expertise is in…
I’m a registered dietitian and health coach with a passion for helping people feel more supported, understood, and empowered in their health journey. Having personally navigated chronic health concerns since 2016, I understand how frustrating and isolating it can feel when symptoms affect your energy, routines, and quality of life. I will listen to you, support you with practical and personalized realistic habits, bring education to better understand your body and help you feel less alone.

What types of challenges or goals do you feel best equipped to help members navigate?
I feel best equipped to help coachees navigate fatigue, brain fog, digestive concerns, inconsistent eating, hydration, stress, and the challenge of maintaining supportive routines when symptoms fluctuate. I can help them identify realistic goals, recognize patterns, prepare for difficult days, and build habits that feel manageable rather than overwhelming. I also aim to help coachees feel more confident listening to their bodies, communicating their needs, and advocating for themselves within their healthcare team.
What do you hope someone walks away with after working with you?
You will walk away with a clearer understanding of how different areas of your health may be contributing to your migraine symptoms, and how everything in the body is connected. Together, we will explore potential root causes and imbalances that may be adding to your stress load, along with practical steps you can begin using right away. This may include a personalized plan for meals, hydration, symptom tracking, rest, and stress support. Most importantly, you will leave with greater confidence in listening to your body and creating routines that feel supportive and sustainable.
My coaching style is…
My coaching style is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I create a supportive space where you can feel heard without judgment and explore what your body may be communicating. Together, we will break larger goals into realistic, manageable steps that fit your energy, symptoms, and everyday life. I aim to meet you where you are, celebrate progress beyond perfection, and help you feel more confident making choices that support your well-being.

A green day looks like…
A green day feels calm, grounded, and energizing. I can think clearly without brain fog, and my mind and body feel in sync. I’m able to move my body, stay present, and enjoy my day without needing to focus on symptoms or conserving energy.
A red day looks like…
A red day means slowing down and giving myself permission to do less. I focus on hydration, simple nourishing foods, rest, reduced stimulation, and asking myself what feels true to me. I try to respond with compassion rather than frustration or guilt.
When I’m not coaching or managing migraine…
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me trying a new restaurant, cooking with family, traveling, exploring a farmers market, finding a space to listen to birds sing, or spending time outdoors. Slower days might include a walk, a cozy drink, or quality tea time with the people I love.
My migraine comfort item is…
A cooling eye mask, a warm blanket, and a calming electrolyte drink.
My current obsession is…
Finding beautiful cafés, and wedding planning
My favorite form of self-care is…
A quiet walk, nourishing food, and an early night.
