Certified migraine coach
she/her | 5 years living with chronic intractable migraine
My coaching expertise is in…
I am a native Chicagoan and proud Hapa (person of partial Asian descent)! A former theatre nerd, turned theatre professional, turned data analyst, and now proud migraine coach! I have lived with chronic intractable migraine for the past five years and through all those highs and lows I have learned so much about myself, about how to help myself, and about how I want to live my life.

What types of challenges or goals do you feel best equipped to help members navigate?
I feel best equipped to support coachees in building sustainable routines, improving sleep habits, managing stress, pacing activities to reduce burnout, communicating with loved ones, navigating dating and relationships, and discovering ways to live a full and meaningful life alongside migraine.
What do you hope someone walks away with after working with you?
After working with me, coachees will walk away with personalized strategies and realistic goals which align with their unique needs and priorities. They will gain a greater awareness of their options and available resources, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life with migraine. My goal is for each person to leave feeling more hopeful, empowered, and equipped to make choices that support the life they want to live.
My coaching style is…
As someone who has lived the daily ups and downs of chronic migraine for years, trying just about everything under the sun, my coaching style aims to be compassionate and collaborative. I strive to meet coachees where they are at and lead with genuine curiosity for their unique knowledge and experience. Together we will identify areas where real improvement can be made in their life with migraine, and develop achievable strategies that will help them move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

A green day looks like…
Green days are when I wake up feeling well rested, I have energy in reserve, and a positive outlook on the day. I usually try to get a bike ride or a walk in, and also extend the good vibes by keeping up with my routines, hydration, and nutrition.
A red day looks like…
Red days are all about stepping back, powering down, and finding comfort where I can. I use all the tools available in my migraine toolkit, I prioritize my health, and I try to keep up positive self-talk.
When I’m not coaching or managing migraine…
Caring for my various indoor and outdoor plants. Seeing theatre, concerts, and comedy. Going for a long walk or bike ride. Traveling. Watching tennis. Listening to true crime podcasts. Bingeing reality dating shows. Taking pictures of my (boyfriend's) cats.
My migraine comfort item is…
My ice cap
My current obsession is…
Mountaineering documentaries
My favorite form of self-care is…
Doing a puzzle!
