My coaching expertise is in…
My name is Lindsey, and I have been living with chronic illness for 10 years. I am a wife, a dog mom to a 2-year-old golden retriever named Lilly, and a social worker. In my free time, I enjoy reading, coloring, and puzzles. My goal as a migraine coach is to be able to help others navigate their migraine condition and live their best lives.

What types of challenges or goals do you feel best equipped to help members navigate?
My goal as a coach is to help coachees navigate their migraine condition and live their best life. I want others to feel seen and heard when working with me and to feel as though they left the session with a positive experience. I feel prepared to help those living with comorbid conditions from personal experience and the challenges they may face from them.
What do you hope someone walks away with after working with you?
I want coachees to feel as though they have a better grasp on their migraine condition when walking away from the session. I plan to help coachees develop questions for their medical team and healthy habits to help manage their migraine condition. I want coachees to feel understood and heard when leaving the session with me.
My coaching style is…
My coaching style is goal-oriented. My goal is to be kind, compassionate, and caring towards coachees and help them reach their goals in regard to their migraine condition. Allowing coachees to be heard and seen and work with them to better manage their migraine condition. I want coachees to feel fulfilled at the end of a session with me.
