What types of challenges or goals do you feel best equipped to help members navigate?
I feel best equipped to help coachees with navigating the healthcare system, work accommodations, and finding the right provider. My health issues primarily began in my 20’s when I was first starting my career. Growing up with immigrant parents, my family didn’t talk about their health problems so I had to figure out a lot of things on my own.
What do you hope someone walks away with after working with you?
Easier ways of navigating the healthcare system (i.e., cost savings; patient-provider relationship; prior authorizations), treatment management, and career navigation and accommodations
My coaching style is…
supportive, detail-oriented, patient, and community-minded.

A green day looks like…
While quite rare, green days look like waking up feeling well-rested, clear-headed, and able to keep my original plans.
A red day looks like…
Red days are brutal, you’ll find me in bed, headache hat on, acute meds swallowed, lights off, attempting to sleep with my pup next to me.
When I’m not coaching or managing migraine…
I’m currently working full-time at a non-profit but in my free time you can find me reading, online shopping, snuggling my pup, or watching anything queer. When I’m given the opportunity, I’ll be engaged with advocacy work (i.e., Headache on the Hill; panel discussions; speaking on podcasts; and serving on Patient Advisory Boards).
My migraine comfort item is…
my headache hat
My current obsession is…
Heated Rivalry
My favorite form of self-care is…
napping
