My coaching expertise is in…
I am a Chronic Illness Expert. Founder of Your Road to Health Consulting, LLC. I spent 30 years learning how to navigate our healthcare resources to regain my life back after debilitating illnesses. I specialize in functional medicine with my clients in my Road to Health (RTH) program. Chronic doesn't mean forever. As a coach, I can help you navigate the overwhelm of chronic illness from advocating for yourself in doctor's appointments to building daily habits that support your health. Let’s work together to get your life back so you can feel joy again.

A green day looks like…
A green day means not having symptoms that are debilitating my life. I am free to be present with my three children, make choices of where I want to go, who I want to talk to, and where I want to travel. Feel like my true self, feel joy, feel sadness without flare, live life without fear. Walk, drive, fly, exercise without symptoms. My life is mostly green now.
A red day looks like…
Red days make me stop in my tracks. Let's bring out my toolkit. Let's take a look at my last few weeks. I rest. I keep my nervous system regulated. I limit my known triggers. My entire body shuts down. I stop living life instantly. I normally question everything. I put an action plan together to stop the flare.
When I’m not coaching or managing migraine…
I love interior design - it's my other calling in life. Stay tuned for my next project of interior design mixed with a chronic illness support vibe! I love spending time traveling with my three children. Traveling to new places and learning fuels my spirit. The beach is my favorite place to reset.
My migraine comfort item is…
ice packs, silence, sleep
My current obsession is…
functional lab testing
My favorite form of self-care is…
simplifying my life and making things easier, removing what doesn’t serve me, activities that give me joy
