My coaching expertise is in…
My journey with migraine began at just five years old, and living with chronic migraine has shaped nearly every part of my life. Through years of navigating the challenges of chronic illness—and raising a son with pediatric migraine—I discovered the power of connection, self-advocacy, and hope. Today, I use my lived experience to support others, helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life with confidence while remembering they are never alone.

What types of challenges or goals do you feel best equipped to help members navigate?
I feel best equipped to help coachees navigate self-advocacy. Living with chronic migraine has taught me how to communicate with healthcare providers, prepare for appointments, advocate for appropriate care, and speak up when something doesn’t feel right. I understand how overwhelming the healthcare system can be, and I’m passionate about helping others build the confidence to ask questions, make informed decisions, and become active partners in their own care.
What do you hope someone walks away with after working with you?
After working with me, someone will walk away feeling more confident, empowered, and less alone. My goal is to help each person better understand their condition, strengthen their self-advocacy skills, and develop practical strategies for navigating daily life with migraine. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, celebrating progress, and helping them feel more in control of their journey—one step at a time.
My coaching style is…
My coaching style is direct but compassionate. I believe in meeting people where they are while gently encouraging them to move forward at a pace that feels right for them. I offer honest guidance, practical strategies, and a supportive space where people feel heard and understood. My goal is to empower each person with the confidence, tools, and encouragement they need to advocate for themselves and navigate life with migraine.

A green day looks like…
A Green day means I can truly enjoy life. I have energy to play with my son, tidy the house, run errands, and stay active without my migraine taking center stage. It’s a day to move, make memories, and appreciate the simple moments that remind me I’m capable of more.
A red day looks like…
A Red day means migraine has taken over. Light, sound, and movement become unbearable. My only goal is to find a dark, quiet room, my ice hat, and sleep if I can. Everything else stops as I focus on getting through the pain and waiting for relief to come.
When I’m not coaching or managing migraine…
When I’m not coaching or fighting migraine, you’ll usually find me making memories with my son and our two dogs, spending quality time with my husband or friends, or advocating for the migraine community on social media. I’m passionate about using my voice to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and help others feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether online or in everyday life, I believe connection and compassion can make a meaningful difference.
